Registration: Please complete and return the registration form on or before Friday, May 8, 2015 in order to guarantee space.  All registrations received after this date will be confirmed based on availability.  Onsite registration will be available at the tour desk (cash or credit card).
Confirmation: After receipt of the completed registration form, the registrant will receive an email with confirmation of purchase.
Refunds: Cancellation requests must be made in writing prior to May 15th.  All ticket cancellations are subject to a $5.00 fee per tour.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received after May 15th.  No refunds will be given for individuals who miss the bus.

Cancellations: Centipede Tours, LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour that does not reach its required minimum.  All participants will be notified in advance and all tickets for cancelled tours will be refunded in full.
Tour Information: All tours, with the exception of the Candlelight Strolls, will depart from the Pennsylvania Convention Center.  The Candlelight Strolls will depart from the Independence Visitors Center at 6th and Market Streets. Please be on site 15 minutes prior to tour departure time.
Tour Desk: Tour desk will be open for ticket pick-up and onsite registration during the following times (subject to change):
